A first class is a chance to meet us, try a few movements, and see whether training here feels right for you or your child. Join TVMA Academy in Lake in the Hills for a free Thursday Taekwondo trial. Choose your program below, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and bring water. We’ll introduce you to the class and guide you through the lesson.

What to Expect at Your TVMA Trial Class
You can join in without knowing the movements yet. We’ll introduce basic Taekwondo skills and class etiquette through instruction suited to your age group.
Programs serve ages 3–5, 6–9, 10–12, and teens and adults ages 13+. No uniform or previous experience is needed.
Bring your questions; after class, we can talk about what you are looking for and explain the program and membership options.
